Wildlife Watching

What is wildlife watching?

Wildlife watching is the act of watching wildlife from a distance, as to not disturb its natural behaviour. Whale watching and bird watching are common examples of this.

Why is wildlife watching so good?

  • Animals can be seen undergoing their natural behaviours
  • Animals can be seen in their natural habitat
  • Can be done anywhere
  • Can lead to amazing photo opportunities
  • Non invasive
  • Very relaxing

As a conservationist, I aim to inspire the public to be more engaged with the environment and the wildlife around them. It is my hope that everyone will realize that no matter what their career may be, they can also be a conservationist by demonstrating empathetic behaviour to wildlife.
